The latest country-specific data show that Lebanon's exports were mainly purchased by importers from the United Arab Emirates (23.3% of Lebanon's total), Syria (9.6%), Turkey (4.5%), Egypt (4.4%), Iraq (4.2%), Switzerland (4.06%), the United States of America (4.04%), Qatar (3.97%), South Korea (2.8%), and the United States of America (4.04%). ), South Korea (2.8%), Jordan (2.5%), Kuwait (2.24%) and France (2.24%).

Lebanon's top ten exports account for almost two-thirds (65.1%) of the value of its global exports.
Plastics, both as a material and as items made from plastic products, are the fastest growing of the top ten export categories, growing by 231.3% from 2021 to 2022. The second highest improvement in export sales was in fertilizers, which grew by 59.7%. Lebanon's shipments of electrical machinery and equipment ranked third in terms of growth, increasing by 35.9%.
The biggest drop in Lebanon's top ten export categories was fruits and nuts, down -50.2% year-on-year.
At the finer four-digit Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) code level, unset and unset diamonds (11.3% of Lebanon's global total) represent Lebanon's most valuable export in 2022. In second place is polyacetal (6.9%), followed by unwrought gold (5.1%), jewelry (4.5%), iron or steel scrap (3.8%), automobiles (3.7%), copper scrap (3%), phosphatic fertilizers (2.9%), generating sets or converters (2.1%), and then unwrought lead (1.4%).
