Vinegar, a liquid product primarily composed of acetic acid, is typically produced through fermentation that can last anywhere from a few months to a year. It serves as an essential ingredient in a variety of food products, including pickles, vinaigrettes, salad dressings, sauces, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, soups, and beverages. Vinegar is also widely used as a cleaning agent.
