Among the leading exporters, the countries with the fastest-growing lettuce exports since 2021 were Canada (up 34%), Mexico (up 31.6%), China (up 28.7%), and the United States (up 17.1%).
Major suppliers that experienced declines in their lettuce exports included Belgium (down 13.9% from 2021), Spain (down 11.8%), Sweden (down 7.7%), the Netherlands (down 7.2%), and Italy (down 6.3%).
