Together, these three leading suppliers accounted for over four-fifths (82.2%) of the total international sales for Brussels sprouts in 2022, underscoring the concentration of exporters in this market.
In terms of continents, North America led the pack, selling the highest dollar worth of exported Brussels sprouts in 2022 with shipments valued at $150.5 million, which is more than half (55.6%) of the global total. Europe followed with 36.3%, while another 3.9% of worldwide Brussels sprouts shipments came from Africa.
