A smaller percentage of buyers came from Asia (5.6%), Latin America (2.1%) and Oceania (0.4%), mainly Australia.

Portugal export data shows that the fastest-growing of the main importing countries that will increase their purchases of Portuguese exports between 2022 and 2023 is Algeria, with an increase of 66.5%. Morocco (up 54.6%) is in second place, followed by Mainland China (up 25.7%), Romania (up 17.4%) and Brazil (up 16.1%).
